Aqua Big 10" & 20" Water Filter Cartridges

These Aqua Big water filter cartridges for boreholes and private water supplies are produced to guarantee a high nominal filtration level by removing impurities and odour. As water extracted from a borehole is likely to contain dirt, sediments and other contaminants that can make it taste and smell bad, these Aqua Big groundwater filters are a cost-efficient solution for filtering out large particles and removing bad taste.

The Aqua Big 10" and 20" water supply filters are suitable for heavy-duty commercial, industrial and domestic applications. Interchangeable with the most commonly available filter housings, these private water supply filters are easy to maintain and replace when needed. Our range includes polypropylene filters, washable nylon filters and granular carbon filters, each suitable for a specific application. The Polypropylene well water filters are suitable for sediment removals such as sand, silt, rust and suspended solids. However, we recommend Washable Nylon filters for larger particle removal if you need borehole water filters. These filters consist of a mesh (in nylon) supported by a polypropylene backing that filter out solids up to 80µm. For a borehole/well filtration system where odour and bad taste removal is required, our Granular Carbon groundwater filters are an ideal solution as they filter chemicals such as chlorine. The Granular Carbon water filters are popular filtering solutions for applications requiring water supply filters for aquariums, fish tanks, reverse osmosis pre-filtration and more.
