Lowara DL/GL Pumps

DL/GL pumps have channel impellers and are ideal for pumping sewage and dirty water with solids to higher heads. DLV/GLV pumps have vortex impellers and are ideal for pumping sewage and dirty water with solids and fibrous material.

Channel impellers are more efficient than vortex impellers but are more prone to blockage. We generally recommend the use of vortex impeller pumps in all sewage applications unless the discharge head is too high or the pipe run is too long. Suitable applications include remote sewage stations for housing developments, pubs, hotels, restaurants and water displays.
